Ora sono alla ricerca di lavoro e di qualcuno con cui condividere un bell'appartamento con soggiorno separato da cucina, pavimento in parquet, e al settimo piano con ascensore.

La zona è comodissima e servita di mezzi di trasporto (Metro A e autobus), oltre a negozi di ogni tipo e supermercati.

Il prezzo base della stanza è di 420 euro al mese.

Con le spese fisse (Internet e condominio) si arriva a 460 euro.

Le altre utenze (riscaldamenti, luce e gas) sono escluse e, naturalmente, dipendono dal consumo (in media 40 euro/mese a persona). Pertanto il totale stimato è di 500 euro al mese.

Chiunque è il/la benvenuto/a! L'unica richiesta è quella di non fumare in casa.
