L'Appartamento è al piano terra ed è composto da una camera da letto, Soggiorno/cucina, un bagno, con spazio esterno associato - si trova a 20 metri dal mare, la zona offre tutti i servizi essenziali ed anche di più. Ci troviamo sul luogo del leggendario Approdo di Enea, (Eroe Troiano giunto nel Lazio dopo la caduta di Troia) a cinque minuti da Zoomarine; la zona è collegata sia con il centro, che si trova a tre kilometri circa, e dove non mancano le attrattive con spettacoli estivi gratuiti in piazza, la presenza di circhi, equestri, latino americano, ecc... , ed il parco giochi "Fantasiland" adatto sia per bambini che per ragazzi,; sia con la vicina Ostia; risultano altrettanto facili in questo periodo le escursioni giornaliere nella vicina "Città Eterna" Roma. Per un momento di raccoglimento religioso abbiamo a 100 metri la Chiesetta di S. Alessandro, in alternativa la parrocchia della Beata Vergine Immacolata, o la nuova costruita Chiesa di S. Agostino a Campo Ascolano. Per coloro che amano l'archeologia ricordiamo la facilità negli spostamenti sia verso Ostia Antica sia verso Roma che dista circa 25 km, oltre ai numerosissimi luoghi lungo la costa iniziando dai più vicini a circa 250metri.Il Periodo Invernale è caratterizzato dalla tranquillità del luogo poco affollato ma nello stesso tempo dalla breve distanza da Roma.
